Highlanders FC has appointed a new technical manager Baltemar Jose De Oliveira and his assistant , Antonio Joao Martins Leao Torres.
Baltermor holds dual citizenship of Portugaland Brazil. He replaces Mandla Mpofu, who was fired by the Bulawayo giants last week.
