Award winning journalist Hopewell Chin’ono says he regrets supporting the November 2017 coup which saw President Emmerson Mnangagwa rise to power.
Writing on Social media, Hopewell said he has learnt from his mistake in supporting the coup in 2017 to stay away from ZANUPF shenanigans!
Zimbabweans have expressed their discontent against Mnangagwa, whom they accuse of being tone deaf to the people’s suffering.
Hopewell said 2017 taught his that ZANUPF is a Corrupt Rule system of governance which remains intact regardless of the person at the top.
He added that Zimbabwe needs a change of Government not only individuals at the top.
