Harare City Council demolished the durawall of the newly built private clinic in Milton Park opposite Parirenyatwa hospital yesterday.
Multiple online sources report that the medical centre encroached into council land for parking purposes and built a boundary wall around that area.
Council later sold that piece of land to another developer who demanded that the wall be removed so that he can take vacant possession of his land.
The hospital allegedly delayed removing the durawall prompting the owner to approach the courts and the wall yesterday.
People slammed the council for destroying a Health facility when Zimbabwe has a dead public health care system.
