CCC VP Tendai Biti has slammed Nelson Chamisa for personalising the newly formed party.
In a leaked audio, Biti said the challenges of the new CCC is that it has been personalized and privatized.
Biti scoffed at the party name and symbol saying they are using Nelson’s surname and face.
The VP said they did not agree on that stance as a party because it brands the leader as a dictator.
The party has been under pressure to hold a congress to select substantive leadership but Chamisa said he has no plans to hold an elective congress anytime soon.
Citizen Coalition for Change is currently led by interim executives.
