One person died while the other survived with injuries after a Choppies truck was involved in a head crash with a hualage truck Alro and it burst into flames along Mutare road near Ruwa.
Witnesses said the Choppies truck was coming from Harare and had a Tyre burst, the driver lost control and swerved onto the oncoming where the head on ensured.
The driver from Choppies died on impact while the other driver survived the carnage.
Bystanders were looting groceries from the accident scene as the truck burst into flames.
