Popular political scientist and former Zimbabwe information minister, Professor Jonathan Moyo has spoken once again on the CCC congress and constitution.
In a voice note posted on SMTV, Prof Moyo said it is impossible for a new political party to exist without some kind of a congress, regardless of what it will be called.
Prof Moyo added that there is no organization that can exist without a founding document such as a constitution.
