South African award winning singer Zahara whose real name is Bulelwa Mkutukana is about to lose her town house as Nedbank aims to auction it.
Her residence in Rooderpoort might be auctioned on May 7.
She is reported to have failed to repay R1.9 million loan she took from Nedbank.
The songstress blamed the hard Covid-19 lockdown for her failures to keep up with the payments.
She paid R100 000 in December and followed that up with another R80 000 in February, paying the account in advance.
