President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa rewarded Kudakwashe Chiwandire with us$15 000 for winning the world boxing Council interim super bantam weight title.
He hosted a reception to honour Kudakwashe Chiwandire at the state house.
Mnangagwa said Chiwandire has broken the bias and excelled in a previously male dominated sport.
He noted that she has also exhibited the tenacity , resolve and determination associated with the warrior spirit of the people of our great country.
