Zimbabweans are angry as Ivy Kombo and her husband Admire Kasi have not been arrested for stands scam that happened in 2002.
The couple which owned the Adsa Real Estate was selling a stand-in Bluffhill in Harare.
Kasi duped and stole from so many people in Harare by selling houses and stands that where occupied already giving people fake documents of ownership.
After being exposed, the couple ran away to the United Kingdom where they spent 12 years without returning to Zimbabwe.
In 2019, Kasi was arrested for fraud in Harare however, he was released on bail two days after.
Zimbabweans have called for the arrest and sentencing of Kasi and his wife.
