Popular Nigerian gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, has died at the age of 42.

Osinach who has been on life support for the past two months died in an Abuja-based hospital on Friday.

She was battling coronary artery disease which affects the heart’s major blood vessels.

The gospel singer shot into the limelight with the hit gospel song, “Ekwueme”, which she did with Prospa Ochimana.

She was also a lead singer at the Dunamis International Gospel Centre.

OSinach was married and had four children.
