Gambakwe Media sources have exclusively revealed that the reported sale of PHD Founder, Prophet Walter Magaya’s massive church building in Zindoga, Waterfalls is false.
Harare is awash with rumours of the sale, after Magaya last held services at the location in 2019.
According to the sources, it is possible that the land that was sold is the one that belongs to Magaya’s neighbor, a Mr Patel.
The sources said Prophet Magaya is set to resume church services at his church before the end of this year, after the church property is renovated.
Mashwede Holdings is a diversified industrial, property, entertainment and energy company that is owned by businessman, Dr Alex Mashamhanda (69).
Dr Mashamhanda is married to Loveness, a successful businesswoman who also runs her own businesses. He works with his children Tatenda and Tapuwa in the business.
Dr Mashamhanda has been buying up properties in Harare and Norton, and recently completed the construction of his company’s multi storey head offices.
