Sweden based Zimbabwean socialite and entrepreneur, Queen Tatelicious Karigambe says in a few months time she will be left homeless.
In a video circulating widely on social media Tatelicious also announced that she got engaged with his boyfriend so as to have access to many things.
Below is her full statement:

IN A FEW MONTHS TIME I WILL BE BIDDING FAREWELL TO MY SALTVIK MANSION😍😍
You know I don’t keep secrets from you ,so here is the update about my house.
My black people when you get married to white people and get gifts like houses,PLEASE MAKE SURE ,there is a supporting #AFFIDAVIT which your Husbund must write to say ;
1) The house gift which he gave to you MUST NOT be repossessed by ANY credit collectors if he somehow fails to pay his debts or divorce you .
Also
2) The house gift you got from him WILL NOT be part of the division of property if divorce arises.
That #AFFIDAVIT must be signed by two witnesses with their supporting IDs and a lawyer who will be also witnessing this , he/she ( the lawyer ) will put a signature to AUTHENTICATE THE AFFIDAVIT !!!
When I got my house as a gift after my wedding I didn’t know about all this but EXPERIENCE IS THE GREATEST TEACHER.
NOW I KNOW !!! ❤️
My Swedish lawyer had to tell me about all these details and why my ex husband still had controll of the house he gave me.
So my lawyer have advised me to file to the court of law to ;
1) Be given back my money which I used for renovation of my Kitchen . (400 000 SWEDISH KRONNOR about 42 000 US dollars.) When the credit collectors auctioned and sold the house , they forgot to include the costs I succumbed in the renovation of my kitchen developing the property .That is their negligence not mine .
2) The money I payed for the mortgage which was supposed to be paid by my ex husband because he’s the one who took the loan of the house. (66 000 Swedish Kronnor about 7 000 US dollars ).
3) Claim demages of 100 000 Swedish Kronnor , (About 10 000 US dollars ) because the credit collectors wrongfully put the debt of the house loan in my name from ( 2018 to 2021) instead of my ex Husbund .The Credit collectors even wrote a letter to me in 2021 apologizing for giving me a debt which was not mine but that mistake they made HAVE CAUSED DEMAGE IN MY LIFE !!! So that’s why demages have being claimed.
My black people don’t be too excited by just being married with a white person and receiving gifts LIKE WHAT I DID , get into that marriage with wisdom and research about laws of that particular country.

By Swedish Law I can not withhold or refuse with the house even if its in my name because I am not the one who took the bank loan to buy it , my ex husband was the principal applicant.
So since my ex husband have neglected to pay the mortgage to the bank , the bank have every #JUSTIFIED right to repossess the property because they #CLAUSED THE HOUSE as their #COLLATERAL when they gave my ex husband money to buy the house.
Just like in any country , banks always have a collateral as a safety precaution for them if they don’t get their money back.
And as for me there is no #CLAUSE (AFFIDAVIT) which is binding and protecting the house gift to not be taken away.
But I must be given back my money which I invested in the property !!!
My ex husband has continually refused me to take over the loan because he wants to make me suffer since we are no longer married .He had an option of giving me the power of attorney to the bank he borrowed the money from , so that I continue to pay the mortgage but he refused.😂😂😂😂
I CAN NOT BOW AND BEG TO ANY MAN ,NEVER !!!
My ex husband is not GOD he’s just a man. I bow to God ONLY.

I’m a law abiding citizen so when the time comes I will handover the house to the Credit collectors after my 3 months eviction notice have passed❤️❤️❤️
