Prominent activist of Citizens Coalition for Change, Madzibaba Veshanduko failed to attend his court case today.
The activist was supposed to attend the court case earlier today.
According to his lawyer, Doug Coltart the activist is still in hospital receiving treatment.
He was badly tortured by the members of the Zimbabwe Republic Police few days ago.
