The Johannesburg High Court threw out the urgent application by 30 foreigners who wanted to interdict operation Dudula from interfering with their businesses.

Judge Jabu Dlamini dismissed the application as it lacked urgency.

The judge said he could not issue a blanket ban on operation Dudula as there was no specific march or gathering that he needed to prohibit.

We can’t prohibit a march that we don’t know where, when and who is going to be marching’

The 38 foreigners were represented by Mabu Marweshe. Marweshe said they noted the order and will consult his clients.
