Maud Chifamba showed up at the Dubai expo today, for the Zimbabwe National Day.
Writing on Facebook, Chifamba said expressed her excitement for being part of the Expo.
“We never chose to be Zimbabwean, we were born Zimbabweans.We showed up at the Dubai expo today, for the Zimbabwe National Day. So much to learn. So much to see. And so much to celebrate about being Zimbabwean.”
Chifamba’s graduation potrait was displayed in the Zimbabwe Pavillion.
“P.S : what an honour it was that I got to see see my portrait in the Zimbabwe Pavilion.”
In 2012 Maud Chifamba was the youngest university student in Africa.
She was born in 1997 in Zimbabwe and was accepted to the University of Zimbabwe to study for an accounting degree at the age of 14.
