Tsitsi Masiyiwa, the Higher Life foundation founder and wife to Zimbabwe Billionaire, Strive Masiyiwa, has explained the lack of an entrepreneurship culture in Southern African countries such as Zimbabwe.
Tsitsi said because of the history of armed struggles in the region, many people prefer the comfort of being employees.
Tsitsi said capitalism as seen as taking and not giving back, and often characterized as evil.
Tsitsi said patient capital will address this perception.
