Botswana Police service has named the only survivor from the Main Mall  shootout.

The woman was reportedly as being a sangoma who was hiding the armed robbers.

Tsaone Tshegofatso Reboeleng (29), appeared before Extension II Magistrate,  Kamogelo Mmesi today.

Reboeleng was in the house where 10 armed robbers died in  a shootout with Police at Phase 2 location in Gaborone.

The court heard that on February 23rd at Main Mall, Reboeleng and the other 10 suspects attacked and robbed Security Systems cash-in-transit motor vehicle of over P986 000.

The robbers fled the scene and were later followed and confronted by the police resulting in fatal injuries of 10 suspects.

The Investigating Officer, Detective Sub Inspector Mmeleki told court that police need more time to complete their investigations.

Reboeleng who was representing herself in court, and did not to say anything resulting in her plea being reserved.

Magistrate Kamogelo Mmesi agreed to give the police more time to complete their investigations.

She ordered that Reboeleng to be remanded in custody until 13 March.
