Politician and media personality Vimbaishe Musvaburi has joined the newly formed Citizens Coalition for Change led by Nelson Chamisa.
In October 2021, Vimbai announced that she was leaving politics but is now eyeing a position in the new party.
When she announced her retirement from politics, Vimba said:
“I respect everyone who is pushing these coming elections. I miss standing up for the people of Zimbabwe, but u chose to raise my children for now, then join when they are fully grown. All activists and politicians aiming to fix Zimbabwe will testify that it is great sacrifice that they take. They lack their children and families and they don’t have enough when they are in the struggle,” she posted on Facebook in October 2021.
