Emmerson Mnangagwa has set by-elections for the 26th of March to fill in vacant seats in the National Assembly.
Mnangagwa made the announcement in Proclamation 1 of 2022 published in Statutory Instrument 2 of 2022.
The seats became vacant due to the death and recalling of sitting member parliament.
There are growing fears that by elections could be set aside, as critics allege Mnangagwa fears defeat.
