MDC Alliance Spokesperson Fadzai Mahere has slammed party Secretary General Chalton Hwende for appealing to Professor Jonathan Moyo and Alex Magaisa to sought out their political difference.
Writing on twitter, Hwende said the fued between the two is not good for the suffering Zimbabweans and the democratic agenda.
“We are stronger together & on behalf of the @mdczimbabwe leadership and membership I would like to publicly appeal to Mukoma @Wamagaisa and Mukoma @ProfJNMoyo to find each and end their fallout for the sake of the suffering Zimbabweans.”
Mahere was quick to point out that MDC A formal position is always communicated through official channels.
“Please be reminded that the formal position of the MDC Alliance is always communicated through its official channels designed for this purpose. We are a movement committed to values, ideas & principles with a view to win Zimbabwe for change then form a people’s Govt. #NHM“
The MDC constitution says the SG acts as a spokesperson of the party on the secretariat and adminstrative matters concerning the party or any other issue to which he is assigned by the president.
