Prominent Zimbabwean musician, Sandra Ndebele is celebrating her 39th birthday today.
The Bulawayo based singer was born on 3 January 1982 in Bulawayo. She was raised in Tshabalala Township before her family moved to Nkulumane Township.
The singer did her education at Founders High School and Mpopoma High School. She later went on to do a degree of music at Midlands State University.
Ndebele is married to Nkanyiso Mbusi Sibind. The couple has three children; two sons named Nkanyiso Prince and Bayanda Joel and the last born and daughter Zinhle Meaghan.
Like Lovemore Majaivana, Sandra started singing in church where she was an active member of the youth choir.
While at Founders High School, she won first prize in the National Association of Secondary School Heads (NASH) public-speaking competition after she presented the speech Black and Proud, by famed Zimbabwean poet, Albert Nyathi.
She was later incorporated into a lead role performing with Mpopoma High School performing theatre, music and dance.
