“Sis Bee shocker, you have been stolen from us just like that my sister. Its so so sad and very painful. A day before Christmas, we woke up to the news that the People’s Champion, Bulawayo business woman and multi-award winner, Beauty Mpofu, who founded and owned ‘Sis Bee Kitchen’ chain of restaurants has died. She was one of the finest entrepreneurs in the City of Kings, a grafter and a genuine human being who stood the test of time. A good heart has indeed stopped beating, a good soul ascended to heaven.

To her the nature of being an entrepreneur meant that she fully embraced ambiguity and was comfortable with being challenged regularly. From the onset she chose this career path which was completely irrational because the odds of succeeding were dismal, but she succeeded because of her unwavering belief, focusing on delivering and persistence. This is something that we see constantly at Sis Bee Kitchen chain and restaurants in Bulawayo.

Starting a company is a riveting roller coaster of emotions with tremendous highs and at times, difficult lows, but one thing that always helped Sis Bee is the ups and downs connecting with some of the greatest minds in the City. I extend my deepest sympathies to her family. Ally Yusuf, the loving son of Sis Bee, condolences my guy, lm very sorry you lost your rock. May the soul of your mother be at peace with our Heavenly Father. Remembering her wonderful and gentle soul will forever remain in our hearts. May she rest in peace,” he posted.
