Syberth Musengezi, the ZANU PF member who has challenged President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s ascendancy into office, says he will not withdraw his court case.

Musengezi was speaking to South African TV station eNCA this evening.

Mnangagwa’s lawyers wrote to Musengezi, asking him to drop his court case, citing the fact that Mnangagwa can not be brought to court as he is a sitting President.

In today’s interview, Msengezi said Mnangagwa is an illegitimate leader and he is failing to turn around the economy because of corruption.
