The move to jail former South African President, Jacob Zuma has not been welcomed by thousands as they fear that it will cause violence and political unrest.

This comes after Pretoria’s High Court ruled out that Msholozi must return to Jail.

The court ordered Zuma to return to jail after he released his much anticipated book titled “President Zuma Speaks”.

The judgement on Wednesday said there were insufficient reasons to grant Zuma medical parole.

Meanwhile, the Department of Correctional Services and Jacob Zuma Foundation have found to appeal the judgement by the Pretoria High Court.

The South Africa Human Rights Commission has also released a statement calling for calm as they fear that the decision to jail Zuma might cause violence and political arrest.

South Africa’s opposition party, Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) led by Julius Selo Malema has labeled the decision to arrest Zuma as malicious use of law.
