Zimbabweans in South Africa have approached the High Court in a bid to reverse the decision by cabinet not to renew the Zimbabwe Exemption permits (ZEP).
Speaking on ENCA last night, Advocate Simba Chitando said the case will be heard on Tuesday, 14 December 2021.
Advocate Chitando said the decision by the South African government is impractical and it is not possible to comply with it.
He said Zimbabweans on the ZEP should be granted permanent residence status.
