President Emmerson Mnangagwa has appointed Monica Mutsvangwa to act as Minister of Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises during the absence on official business of the Honourable S.G.G Nyoni.
The appointment expires on 13 December 2021.
Mutsvangwa was recently appointed as leader of Government business in the Senate.
She replaces national hero and Lands, Agriculture, Water and Rural Resettlement Minister Perrance Shiri who died in June.
