Zimbabwean internet celebrity, Lorraine Guyo says she almost committed suicide due to negative comments she got when she posted her ‘Ndinyengewo Video’.
The socialite said she received a lot of negative comments following her video that went viral on social media.
“When I started I usually cried because of the criticism I got from social media. I almost committed suicide because of the negative comments i received from hundreds,” she said.
However, she said she did not give up because of the love she got from the family, friends and companies who approached her to employ her as a brand ambassador.
Following her viral video, various brands approached and used her for their commercials. Such brands include clothing retail store Jan Jam, fast-food chain Mambo’s, and financial institution Steward Bank.
