Botswana Police ArrestsTwo South Africans in Possession of Firearms and Ammunition

The Botswana Republic Police have arrested two South African men in possesion of firearms and ammunition.

 

In a statement released on Tuesday, the Botswana Police Service said the South Africans were arrested by police at Block 3 location in Gaborone.

The men were caught in possession of an AK47 riffle, pistol and a number of live rounds of ammunition.

 

The duo aged 40 and 47 years, were travelling in a motor vehicle reported stolen in the Republic of South Africa.
