The government of Zimbabwe led by his Excellency President Emmerson Mnangagwa has opened a consulate in Scotland.

The government opened the consulate following the visit of the president in Britain to attend the Climate summit.

It was a great honour to be invited for the official opening of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Zimbabwe in Glasgow, Scotland.

The Ministers which had travelled with the president took to social media to confirm the good news.

The Ministers who were present included Fredrick Shava the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Also present was the UK Ambassador Col Katsande, Professor Mthuli Ncube, the Minister of Finance and Economic Development and also the newly appointed Honorary Consular for Scotland, Heather Mudhari.
