Norton member of parliament Temba Mliswa has praised Emmerson Mnangagwa for representing Zimbabwe at the Climate Change (COP26) summit in Glasgow, Scotland yesterday.

Mnangagwa addressed an almost empty auditorium during the 9am to 1pm slot.

Posting on Twitter, Mliswa said Mnangagwa’s scarf promotes Zimbabwe’s visibility

“Go Zimbabwe Go. Being a patriot and a nationalist should be embedded in all Zimbabweans’ DNA to protect the founding principles of this country. Zvemaparty ndezvimwe, it’s your choice”.

In his address, Mnangagwa said Zimbabwe has set an ambitious objective of reducing carbon emissions by 40% per capita by 2030.

Adding that the removal of sanctions which have been imposed on the country will go a long way in helping to enable the achievement of this target.
