The High Court has granted Siphosami Malunga an application to evict Dumisani Madzivanyati from ESidakeni Farm pending the finalization of his appeal.
According to a statement released on Tuesday, the Deputy Sheriff will evict Dumisani forthwith and all those claiming under him.
According to the statement, Dumisani committed a level 5 criminal offence liable for 6 months imprisonment.
Lastweek, the Bulawayo High Court to immediately vacate the property.
Siphosami is the son to the late national hero Sydney Malunga.
In July this year, Madzivanyati invaded Esidakeni Farm, despite government saying black-owned farms should not be invaded.
Malunga jointly owns the farm with National University of Science and Technology scientist Zephaniah Dhlamini and gold miner Charles Moyo.
The trio had through its company Kershelmar Farms (Pvt) Ltd challenged the repossession of its farm.
