Norton Member of Parliament Temba Mliswa on Tuesday attacked Minister of Finance and Economic Development Mthuli Ncube over inconsistence between the budget and its implementation.
Mliswa asked Ncube why he wants a budget that does not implement and execute change.
He said the country is facing serious economic challenges which the surplus budget is failing to eradicate .
