The husband of the late Kenyan long distance runner, Agnes Tirop (25), has been arrested while trying to flee the country.
Her husband, Emmanuel Rotich, has been on the run since Agnes was stabbed.
The police used his mobile number to track him after he used his old sum card in his new phone after spending days offline.
