Preliminary dates for Marry Mubaiwa in the issues she is charged for externalizing a huge number of dollars and endeavoring to kill Vice President Chiwenga have been set for October 18 and November 1 separately.
Mubaiwa showed up before Harare officer Stanford Mambanje this past Thursday and he requested her to get back to court on the set preliminary dates.
Mubaiwa’s attorney Beatrice Mtetwa let the court know that the preliminary dates are dependent upon the clinical assessment that was requested on her past appearance in court before justice Noel Mupeyiwa.
This follows her application to have preliminary court hearings postponed because of her deteriorating health.
