Jackie Ngarande has appealed to Police commisioner after a woman identified as Rumbi was reportedly assaulted by her husband.
In a recent Instagram post, Jackie posted the picture of the victim with bruises on her face.
She said that the woman was assaulted by her husband who used money to grease the authorities and slip away from the arms of justice.
Jackie wrote a statement directed at the Police Commisioner demanding justice for every victim and assurance of safety for every woman.
Madam Boss also reacted to her post and Jackie asked for her help to make sure justice was served.
