The Electoral commission of Zambia has announced the latest Presidential election results after 31 constituencies were verified. The results show Hichilema Hakainde leading with 449 000 and Edgar Lungu with 266 000.
There are now more delays in the announcement of results, an indication that problems will arise as more constituencies get announced.
