Award-winning journalist Hopewell Chin’ono has blasted Roki for endorsing the president in the recently released song Patati Patata with Koffi Olomide.
Writing on Twitter Chin’ono said the song died before it was even heard.
However, he appreciated the work done in the video.
He wrote:

“It is probably the most expensive music production in Zimbabwe, but because one name was mentioned in this song, yatofa yakarodha
More importantly, it shows you how citizens hate tyranny and Corruption.
Folks are suffering
As for Rockford and his career, it might be the real because you can’t take part in a song that praises a man who has caused so much pain to citizens and expect those same citizens to embrace that song.
Only if they are insane!”
