Former Member of Parliament for Kuwadzana East Chalton Hwende is allegdly receiving treatment for Schizophrenia.
The sad news was revealed by Tafadzwa Mugwadi through his different social media platforms.
“I have been bothered with calls from media to respond @hwendec’s attention seeking bribery story. May you know this:
I socialize & learn with his peers. The @mdczimbabwe senior guys told me @hwende is recieving treatment for schizophrenia. Lets pray for him instead of attacking him,” tweeted Mugwadi.
However, Hwende is yet to release information regarding his health status.
Schizophrenia is a disorder that affects a person’s ability to think, feel and behave clearly.
The exact cause of schizophrenia isn’t known, but a combination of genetics, environment and altered brain chemistry and structure may play a role.
