Zim Dancehall chanter Enzo ishall says he is thinking of quitting music this year.
He announced the development on his Instagram.
He revealed that this year was his last year as musician and he revealed that his last song will be released in September.
The Kanjiva hit maker opened up that the music industry was not friendly for him.
It can be noted Enzo Ishall is not the only artist who is thinking of quitting.
Among other artist are Killer T, Baba Harare, Freeman and Seh Calaz.
Local artists are facing challenges in the music industry. Most importantly, the lack of affection is challenging Zimbabwean artists.
On Instagram, Freeman posted a picture comparing Nigerian artists with Zimbabwean artists.
Meanwhile, Baba Harare also noted that, as an artist, the lack of togetherness is challenging everyone in the music industry. He said it is more like eating peanut butter with a straw. “kudhonza dovi straw bambo,” he said.
However, Killer T suggested that all they need to do is to pray.
