The international model and social activist, Chelsi Shikongo was welcomed in Walvis Bay.
The welcome comes after the model was Crowned Miss Namibia 2021.
Chelsi beat 14 other contestants from across the country to scoop the prestigious crown during a glitzy ceremony held virtually from the Windhoek Country Club and Casino due to Covid-19 safety protocols.
The model was also crowned the Miss Photogenic and Top Model tittles.
The crown was handed by Nadja Breytenbach who was Miss Namibia in 2019 and 2020.
