A woman from Harare, Prisca Chikwanha has revealed how she was attacked by acid in Harare while coming back from work.
The 35 year old was attacked on 25 August 2015 by an unknown person threw acid into her car whilst she was waiting for the gate to be opened.
After the thief managed to attack her, Prisca says she was hospitalized at Parirenyatwa hospital for three months.
“When I got out of parirenyawa I was blind, I couldn’t see properly. I couldn’t see completely,” said Prisca.
She further revealed that she spent the whole 2015 blind until September 2016 when she went to India for treatment.
Prisca further thanked God who helped her during the tough times as his husband left her to raise the kids at a time when she was blind.
