A Harare man who walked in on his secret lover when she was sleeping with another man discovered the truth about their child in this episode of Closure DNA.
1. The married Harare father of two said he met and married his wife in 2014.
2. In 2017, he cheated on her with another woman.
3. The other woman, his girlfriend was a bartender.
4. He rented his girlfriend and her two sisters a house in the neighborhood. He said he told her that they would not see each other during the day but at night only.
5. He says as he walked around the neighborhood, people would tell him that he was dating a prostitute.
6. In 2017, he and his secret girlfriend agreed to have a child. In 2018, they had a child.
7. During the lockdown he found another man in the house he was renting for her, in bed.
8. He fought with the other man, and took her to her mother for mediation.
9. The mother said she did not know about him and therefore she could not assist him with the matter.
10. After two weeks, he started to think about his child and decided to have a DNA test.
11. On her part, the woman said she is not the one who asked for a DNA.
12. She said he never told her had a wife.
13. She said she only knew he had a wife when she was pregnant. His wife started to look for her.
14. She said he was also not coming to see her regularly.
15. She said she because promiscuous because he was abusive.
16. When questioned together by Closure DNA, the man said he was not abusive.
17. She said although he was paying rent, he never helped with preparation for the child.
18. She said she met another man and fell in love with him.
19. The DNA results showed that he was not the father.
20. After the results were revealed, she said she was only with him and not with any other men and she could not explain why the results came out as they did.
21. She demanded another DNA test.
