Eagle Life Assembly Prophet Dr. Blessing Samuel Chiza says angry citizens will destroy the recently unveiled statue of Mbuya Nehanda.
During his sermony, prophet Chiza said the Lord is not happy with what is happening in Zimbabwe.
“I have a message for Zimbabwe, the Lord is saying I’m not happy with the statue of Mbuya Nehanda that was erected in Harare and the Lord is saying, the same way people celebrated when that carved image of idolatry was being put is the same people shall celebrate when they shall remove it.”
“That thing is not going to last long” added Prophet Chiza
Prophet Chiza further claimed that he is sent by God to tell the people of Zimbabwe that a severe drought will hit the country because of the statue.
The prophecy comes after Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa uncovered the towering bronze statue of a 19th-century Black anti-colonialist heroine, calling her “an inspiration to all Zimbabweans and all Africans.”
Mnangagwa unveiled the 3-meter high statue of Mbuya Nehanda in the center of the capital, Harare, to mark the Africa Day holiday.
