Simon Khaya Moyo has announced the appointment of Patrick Chinamasa as the acting as Zanu-PF’s Political Commissar, taking over from Victor Matematanda who is soon to be ambassador to Mozambique.
“We are honoured to have in our midst Cde Matemadanda. He has now been officially accepted to be an ambassador in Mozambique. He will be ambassador soon after handing over his credentials,” said Simon Khaya Moyo.
“Cde Matemadanda shall always be remembered for what he has done for the party.
Wishes him well in the tour of duty. Bon voyage he says,” added Simon Khaya.
In other announcement made during the post Politburo, Mashonaland West Chairman Ziyambi Ziyambi gets a seat in the politburo and former vice President Kembo Mohadi has been deployed to party headquarters and will be in charge of party affairs.
Simon Khaya Moyo further revealed that
DCC Chair Cde Muleya was not expelled from the party and his election is above board.
