WATCH LIVE as Gambakwe Media speaks on the announcement by Nelson Chamisa ‘s MDC Alliance that they will be going into the 2023 elections without reforms.
The MDC Alliance secretary for elections, Dr Ian Makone, announced that the MDC Alliance does not want to be negative and will be engaging the Zimbabwe electoral commission (ZEC), unconditionally.
The party says the main problem in Zimbabwe elections is not the legal framework, but the operational side of elections.
Makone said the party is concerned about :
1. The independence of ZEC.
2. Lack of communication from ZEC on key processes (Delimitation).
3. Diaspora vote.
