The closure of gigs since last year due to Covid-19 lockdown has seen the legendary sungura musician having his 53rd birthday celebrations in South Africa.
Macheso is set to have two gigs in Johannesburg in June.
The legendary’s birthday is on the 10th of June.
He is known for celebrating his birthday with his fans or giving back to the community.
Last year Macheso celebrated his birthday in style on ‘Gara Mumba Iwe’ concert an event which was sponsored by Passion Java in partnership with Zimpapers Television Network.
