Mary Mubaiwa, the estranged wife of Zimbabwe Vice President, General Constantino Guvheya Chiwenga, is seriously sick in hospital.
This emerged after Mary was remanded in custody from her hospital bed yesterday.
Mary was remanded to the 29 June from her hospital bed at Healthpoint in Belgravia, Harare.
She is facing attempted murder, fraud, money laundering and assault charges.
