Zimbabwe Development Agency CEO, Douglas Munatsi, has revealed that ED Mnangagwa travelled to Rwanda to find out from President Kagame how he became successful.
Munatsi said Kagame told Mnangagwa about Rwanda Development Board (RDB), the investment agency that is similar to ZIDA.
Munatsi said Kagame even offered to give Mnangagwa his own RDB CEO to come to Zimbabwe and assist in setting up a similar agency.
Munatsi said the ZIDA act is world class and the organization has an advisory board and not an executive board.
Munatsi, an experienced banker, said he has a staff complement of 50.
