In a shocking development, Bushiri’s lawyer, Ntsako Baloyi, has accused South African intelligence agencies of being behind the break in at his office, that happened on Wednesday.

Baloyi is currently in Malawi, where he is representing Bushiri.

He reported that unkonwn people broke into his office at 07:30 on Wednesday 31 March and stole a dell laptop.

Baloyi, in his report to the police, said four windows were forcibly opened during the burglary.

He told the Sunday World Newspaper that three years ago, the same law enforcement agencies stole his laptop after breaking into his car.

‘You can see that people who did this are looking for information’ , Baloyi said.

Baloyi opened a R15 Million lawsuit against the police last month after he was arrested and spent a night in police cells.
