Nthabeleng Likotsi (36), a former cash book clerk at Kia Motors, will be opening her own Mutual savings bank in June after over 3 years of preparation.

The bank was granted approval by the South Africa Reserve Bank on the 8th of March 2021.

Nthabeleng, said she always knew she would start her own business.

She left Kia after 18 months and moved to Imperial holdings as a trainee accountant.

However, she dropped out of the 3 year program after only one and a half years to start the Young Women’s Business Network (YWBN) .

Nthabeleng has a degree in accounting from the Pretoria Technikon and a post graduate degree in accounting from the University of Johannesburg.
